About the Job:

Are you looking for a career that allows you to be active and outside everyday? Would you rather stay fit on the job rather than at the gym? Do you feel accomplished when you can see the results of your work? Do you get a thrill working with chainsaws, chippers and large equipment?

Then consider a career in arboriculture by becoming a crew member for WITT 360 Tree Service. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved and learn about several aspects of the tree care industry.

Each day will be exciting and different. You’ll spend your days being active outside, enjoying the outdoors.

If you are new to the tree care world, you will start on the ground, and work with the rest of the team to keep work areas clear and safe, learn to operate a chipper, learn the ropes of rigging and move up to working with chainsaws to buck logs and start to learn pruning techniques from the ground. If you have a passion and desire to learn, we will turn you into an expert in the industry with opportunities to learn proper pruning, removal and climbing techniques.

If you already have experience, we will reward you for your experience and help you take it to the next level and add to any certifications you already have. And if you’re really good on the job, there is opportunity to grow into leadership positions and advance your career.

Make no mistake, this is physically demanding work and you’ll be exhausted at the end of each day, but if you’re like us, this is EXACTLY how you like to spend your days—working hard, outdoors, with a GREAT crew of teammates.

Pay depends on experience, with the top end of the range going to candidates with all our desired qualifications. We offer ample opportunity to increase your wage and grow professionally through in-house and outside training that we will pay for and pay you to complete.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working as a part of a team to create a safe work environment while maintaining a high level of production.
  • Performing daily inspections of equipment and vehicles to ensure trucks and equipment are prepared, filled, and refueled for each workday.
  • Preparing and maintaining records of daily checklists, work orders, and equipment maintenance records.
  • Driving trucks and trailers to various work sites.

  • Operating a chipper and other equipment to dispose of debris.
  • Using hand and power tools including, but not limited to: hand saws, pole saws, rakes, and blowers and chainsaws once you demonstrate proficiency in safe operation.
  • Performing basic maintenance of equipment and tools.

A pre-employment drug screen and background check will be required.
